We read a book called The Man Who Built the Golden Gate Bridge. Watch this video and discuss it together.
The Golden Gate Bridge
What can they tell you about it being built? Remember the net? What was put in first? How did the current in the bay move? Why did this matter? Hope you enjoyed it!
I will be sending three tests home in a folder tomorrow. Please review them with your child.
Thanks,
Mrs. P.

Welcome!
I am glad that you have taken the time to look at our blog. I hope to keep you updated with events at school and more importantly, ways to help your child do his/her best!
Check out the reading and math links. We are currently working on Nate the Great. Use the gloves your child brought home and review the narrative elements of the story.
We have just started chapter two in math. Please take a look at the link. There are several ideas for working at home on chapters one and two.
I hope to be publishing some pictures shortly. Make sure you sign the permission slip if you want your child's picture to appear on this blog.
Thanks,
Mrs. P.

Please check your child's agenda book daily and be sure he/she is completing homework and placing it in their folders to be brought back to school. After you check their work, please initial the column in the agenda book. Mrs. P.
